Thomas A. Mann, 83, of Hookstown, PA, passed away on Thursday, May 7, 2026.
He was born on December 20, 1942 in South Heights, a son of the late Thomas and Josephine Mae (Albert) Mann. He proudly served in the United States Marine Corps. and he was a member of the Ohio Valley Marine Corps. League, Detachment #882. Thomas worked as a machinist at Pittsburgh Forgings for more than 20 years and then continued working until his retirement from Thunder Manufacturing. He enjoyed hunting, shooting, fishing, and gardening. He loved animals. He mostly enjoyed spending time with his family. He served many years as a coach for his children’s sports teams.
In addition to his parents, Thomas was preceded in death by three sisters. Mae; Barb; and Evelyn; and a brother, Ron.
He is survived by three sons, David Mann and his wife Lori; John Mann; and Thomas A. Mann, II and his wife Beth; a daughter, Lorie Roberts and her husband Gilbert; seven grandchildren, Anthony (Tara) Mann; Jonathan Mann; David Mann, Jr.; Victoria Mann; Luke Mann; Samuel Mann; and Grace Mann; six great grandchildren, Keira Mann; Kali Mann; Kai Mann; Brenna Mann; Charlette Mann; and Alice Mann; a brother, Don Mann and his wife Carolyn. He is also survived by his best friend, Bob Croomer.

A chapel committal service will be held on Wednesday at 12 noon at Woodlawn Cemetery, Aliquippa with full military honors provided by the Ohio Valley Marine Corps League, Detachment #882. (Everyone Please meet at the cemetery).
