Thomas S. Kocuba

Thomas S. Kocuba, 88, of Prospect, PA, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, July 21, 2023.

He was born on August 26, 1934 in Imperial, PA, a son of the late Thomas and Mary Kocuba.  He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ where he served as a Deacon. He retired as a design drafter in 2000.  He was also an avid woodworker and loved making gifts for his family.

In addition to his parents, Thomas was preceded in death by his siblings, Sophie; John; Kay; Stanley; and Walter.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Divida Ruth (Christman) Kocuba; a son, Gregory Kocuba and his wife Cheryl; a daughter, Denise Gula and her husband Lance; five grandchildren, Amanda (Chris) Webber; Ashley (Daryl) Deglmann; Zachary (Kathryn) Gula; Kaitie (Logan) Long; and Olivia Kocuba; and five great grandchildren, Beckham; Jensen; Bennett; Deric; and Emery.  He is also survived by his sisters-in-law; numerous nieces and nephews and his beloved dog Kandi.

Friends will be received on Wednesday, July 26th from 4pm to 7pm in Darroch Cremation and Funeral Tributes, Inc., 2640 Mill Street, Aliquippa www.darrochfuneralhome.com where additional visitation will take place on Thursday, July 27th from 10am until the time of funeral service at 11am.

Private interment will follow in Hopewell-Hebron Cemetery.
