Theresa DeVincentis, 77 of Monaca, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on January 29, 2022. Born in Monaca on July 5, 1944, she was the daughter of Felix and Rosie (Damore) DeVincentis. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ which was very important to her. She was active in the Ladies Uplift Circle and MBA auxiliary’s of the Church.
Theresa graduated from Monaca High School and began working in the Cost Department of Phoenix Glass in Monaca for many years. She also worked as an Administrative Assistant in the Beaver Valley Office Equipment, and as a receptionist for the late Dr. Harry Burke in the Beaver Valley Foot Clinic.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Patsy (Judy) DeVincentis; a niece, Marcy DeVincentis; a nephew, Michael DeVincentis; and a great niece, Damore DeVincentis.
Theresa is survived by her sister and brother-in-law, Janet (DeVincentis) and Pete Oestreicher; two nieces, Judi Lynn (DeVincentis) Gambino and her husband Rick; and Kimberly (DeVincentis) Sekulski and her husband Pete; and four great nieces, Avonlea Johnson; Mia Gambino; Paula and Isabella Sekulski. She is also survived by numerous cousins.
Theresa loved reading, drawing, crossword puzzles, animals, and most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
Friends will be received on Wednesday from 2-4pm and 6-8pm in Darroch Cremation and Funeral Tributes, Inc., 2640 Mill Street, Aliquippa www.darrochfuneralhome.com where a funeral service will be conducted on Thursday at 10am with Elder David DeLuca and Evangelist John Mark D’Antonio officiating.
Private interment will follow in Union Cemetery.
