Ruth Naim Gross

Ruth Naim Gross, 85, of Center Twp., passed away on Wednesday, September 18, 2024.

She was born on January 27, 1939 in Sewickley, PA, a daughter of the late Richard and Teresa (David) Naim.  Ruth was a member of Mary, Queen of Saints Parish-Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church.  Before her retirement, she worked as a customer service agent for U.S. Airways for more than 22 years.  She loved her family and spending time with her grandchildren.  She also enjoyed travelling and shopping.

In addition to her parents, Ruth was preceded in death by her siblings, Pauline Aikens; Paul (Maryann) Naim; Nellie (Ronald) Houser; Joseph Naim; and Dolores Slipko; and nephews, Stephen and James Naim.

She is survived by her loving husband of 61 years, Allan D. Gross; two daughters, Victoria Benzinger and her husband Craig; and Denise Hamilton and her husband James; five grandchildren, CJ (Amanda Shilk) Benzinger; Jacob Benzinger; Haley Hamilton; Max Hamilton; and Ian Hamilton; and a sister-in-law, Ann Naim.  She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received on Sunday from 2pm until 6pm in Darroch Cremation and Funeral Tributes, Inc., 2640 Mill Street, Aliquippa www.darrochfuneralhome.com where prayers will be offered on Monday at 9:30am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10am in Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church.

Entombment will follow in Mt. Olivet Catholic Cemetery.
