Obituary

Robert R. Haught, 90, of Aliquippa, passed away on Friday, April 1, 2022.

He was born on March 23, 1932 in New Martinsville, WV, a son of the late Raymond Harris and Mary Amanda (Nice) Haught.  Robert was a member of Chippewa United Methodist Church. He served as an MP in the U.S. Army.  He retired from J&L Steel Corporation where he worked as a brick layer.  He also worked as a shuttle driver for Charley Brown’s Airport Parking. 

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Robert E. Haught; and three brothers, Richard Haught; Raymond “Bud” Lew; and Eugene Haught.

He is survived by his loving wife, Thelma L. (Cochran) Haught as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received on Tuesday from 11am until the time of funeral service at 2pm in Darroch Cremation and Funeral Tributes, Inc., 2640 Mill Street, Aliquippa www.darrochfuneralhome.com

Interment will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery.
