Richard E. Kostal

Richard E. Kostal, 63, of Hopewell Twp., passed away on Tuesday, February 11, 2025.

He was born on March 28, 1961 in Sewickley, PA  a son of the late Elmo and Sarah (Maravich) Kostial. He graduated from Robert Morris University.  Richard worked for HR Jazz in software marketing.  He enjoyed playing golf, Pittsburgh history, he loved music and especially loved spending time with his niece and nephew.

Richard’s wit and humour will be remembered by all who loved and cared for him.  Even through the difficult recovery period following a head injury, he amused those who worked with him.  He was always sensitive and compassionate towards others who struggled with challenges greater than his own.

He is survived by his sister, Marianne Fadden; a niece, Aimee Fadden; a nephew, Robert Fadden; and his companion, Tina Corso.

A chapel service will be held on Wednesday, February 19th at 10am in St. Elijah Serbian Orthodox Cemetery.
