Nina Marcantonio

Nina Marcantonio, 88, of Hopewell Twp., passed away on Wednesday, July 14, 2021.

She was born on October 22, 1932 in Introdacqua, Italy, a daughter of the late Nicola Bonasia and the late Maria (D’Andrea) Iacobucci.  Nina was a member of St. Titus Catholic Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Armando Marcantonio; a son, Frank Marcantonio; and a brother, Giovanni Bonasia.

Nina is survived by her son, Armando Marcantonio and his wife Debbie; five grandchildren, Armando Marcantonio, III and his wife Ashley; Melissa Marcantonio; Nicola Marcantonio; Nina Marcantonio; and Jonathan Marcantonio; a daughter-in-law, Antoinette Simoni; and seven great grandchildren, Rocco; Sophia; Kaleb; Daniel; Aaron; Savanna; and Alessia.

Friends will be received on Sunday from 5pm to 8pm in Darroch Cremation and Funeral Tributes, Inc., 2640 Mill Street, Aliquippa www.darrochfuneralhome.com where prayers will be offered on Monday at 9:30am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10am in St. Titus Catholic Church.

Entombment will follow in Sylvania Hills Memorial Park.
