Mike "Pal" Dubaich

Mike “Pal” Dubaich, 92, of Center Twp., passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, October 9, 2022 surrounded by his loving family.

He was born on May 15, 1930 in Aliquippa, a son of the late Joseph and Mary (Jackish) Dubaich.  He was a member of St. Elijah Serbian Orthodox Church.  Mike was retired from J&L Steel Corp. and he proudly served in the U.S. Marine Corps.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Mitchell Dubaich; and three brothers.

Mike is survived by his wife, Helen (Olszanski) Dubaich; a son, Michael A. Dubaich and his wife Sam; two daughters, Mary Jo Slater and her husband Daniel; and Michelle Schwartz and her husband Michael; six grandchildren, Lara; Kimberly; Christine; Nikki; Rob; and Helen; 9 great grandchildren; and a sister, Bertha Starnick.  He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received on Wednesday from 3pm to 7pm in Darroch Cremation and Funeral Tributes, Inc., 2640 Mill Street, Aliquippa www.darrochfuneralhome.com.  A Funeral Service will be conducted on Thursday at 11am in St. Elijah Serbian Orthodox Cemetery Chapel.

The Beaver County Special Unit will meet at the cemetery on Thursday at 11:30am to conduct full military honors.

Pomen (Blessing Service) will be held on Wednesday at 6:30pm in the funeral home.
