Henry G. Raupp, 78, of Collier Twp., formerly of Raccoon Twp., passed away on Wednesday, December 9, 2015.
He was born on November 22, 1937 in Arlington Heights, IL, a son of the late Francis and Helen (Lumpp) Raupp and he was a member of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church. Henry retired from U.S. Airways where he worked as a mechanic. He also served in the U.S. Air Force. He was an avid bowler and he enjoyed his time at Silver Sneakers.
In addition to his parents, Henry was preceded in death by his wife, Carole J. Raupp; a son Francis D. Raupp; and two brothers, Francis Raupp and John Raupp.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara Schriner; two sons, Albert Raupp and his wife Donna; and Nicholas Raupp; two daughters, Virginia “Ginger” Domitrovich and her husband Anthony; and Hallie Hysong; eleven grandchildren, Cheryl Davis and her husband Chris; Caitlyn Schlack and her husband Jeff; Theresa and Rachael Domitrovich; F. Daniel and Matthew Raupp; Brandon Hysong; Jessica Irwin and her husband Jonathan; Justin Hysong and his wife Brittani; Maximillian and Xavier Wertz-Raupp; a great grandchild, Alivia Hysong; five brothers, William Raupp and his wife Joan; Frederick Raupp and his wife Carla; Matthias Raupp and his wife Margo; James Raupp; and Louis Raupp and his wife Maggie; and six sisters, Margaret Sullivan; Mary Ann Nolen; Frances Richert and her husband Ron; Janice Geffert and her husband David; Ellen Bierman and her husband James; and Antoinette Whitney and her husband David. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Friends will be received on Saturday from 6-8pm and Sunday from 2-4pm and 6-8pm in the Darroch Memorial Chapel, 2640 Mill Street, Aliquippa www.darrochfuneralhome.com where prayers will be offered on Monday at 9:30am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10am in Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church.
Interment will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery.
The Beaver County Special Unit will meet at the cemetery on Monday at 11:15am to conduct full military honors.
