Helen A. Cridge

Helen A. Cridge, 96, of Moon Twp., formerly of Hopewell Twp., passed away on Thursday, September  23, 2021.

She was born on December 9, 1924 in Pittsburgh, a daughter of the late Theodore and Katherine Drobycki.  Helen was a people person.  She really enjoyed meeting new friends and spending time with family.  She was also a deeply religious person.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Norman H. Cridge, Jr. AKA “PAPPY”;  two sisters and one brother.

Helen is survived by her children, Norman Cridge and his wife Alicia; Carolyn Cridge Pardue; and Carol Cridge Jackson and her husband Robert; four grandchildren, Bobby Jackson and his fiancé Teresa; Michelle Quatman and her husband Lenny; Michael Jackson; and Neil H. Cridge and his wife Amanda; and three great grandchildren, Ella Quatman; Kylee Cridge; and Alanna Jackson.

Friends will be received on Monday from 2-4pm and 6-8pm in Darroch Cremation and Funeral Tributes, Inc., 2640 Mill Street, Aliquippa www.darrochfuneralhome.com where a funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 11am.

Entombment will follow in Mount Lebanon Cemetery.
