Gerald L. "Jerry" Karcesky

Gerald L. “Jerry” Karcesky, 85, of Center Twp., passed away on Wednesday, February 11, 2026.

He was born on July 10, 1940 in North Braddock, PA, a son of the late Philip and Mary (Snyder) Karcesky.  Jerry was a United States Air Force Veteran. He worked as a powerhouse operator at Applied Energy Services in Monaca for many years before retiring in 1997.  He was a member of the Beaver Valley Sportsman’s Club.

In addition to his parents, Jerry was preceded in death by two brothers, Philip Karcesky, Jr.; and Kenneth Karcesky.

He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Marlane (Gurniak) Karcesky; and two daughters and a son-in-law, Carla Karcesky; and Natalie (Karcesky) Graham and Rob Graham.  He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
