Dorothy Kugel

Dorothy Kugel, 91, of Hopewell Twp., passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 15, 2026 surrounded by her loving family.

She was born on July 19, 1934 in Aliquippa, a daughter of the late John and Mary (Pasterik) Bires.  Dorothy was a member of Mary, Queen of Saint Parish-St. Titus Catholic Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Kugel; and a sister and brother-in-law, Mary and Tom Kosinski.

Dorothy is survived by her children, Kenneth Kugel, Sr. and his wife Judy; and Karen Prawucki and her husband Jay; four grandchildren, Kenneth Kugel, Jr.; Kimberly Nardilli and her husband Thomas; Zachary Prawucki and his wife Courtney; and Paige Prawucki; two great grandchildren, Gavin Kugel and Luca Nardilli; and a brother and sister-in-law, Richard Bires and his wife Dee.
