Clyde W. Parsons

Clyde W. Parson, 85, of Independence Twp., loving husband, father and grandfather passed away on Sunday, December 12, 2021.

He was born on November 14, 1936 in Monaca, PA, a son of the late Clyde and Margaret “Peg” (Reese) Parsons.  Clyde was a member of Mt. Olivet Presbyterian Church.  He retired from Dravo Corporation, and he proudly served in the U.S. Army.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Darletta Sommers.

He is survived by his wife, Gayle (Dunaway) Parsons; a son, Bill Parsons and his wife Danielle; a daughter, Regina Reed and her husband Douglas; three grandchildren, Zachary and Jacob Reed; and Brandon Parsons.
