Clifford R. Pflugh, Jr., 72, of Center Twp., passed away on Thursday, October 28, 2021 from COVID-19.
He was born on July 24, 1949, a son of the late Cliff and Agnes Pflugh. He retired from Duquesne Light after 37 years and served 30 years on the Duq-Lite Employees Federal Credit Union Board of Directors, 25 years as President. Cliff proudly served as a sergeant in the U.S. Army in the Vietnam War from 1969 to 1971. He was a member of the Vietnam Veterans of America, Disabled American Veterans, and the V.F.W.
He was a devoted husband, father and “Pap-Pap” and is survived by his loving wife, Diane L. Pflugh; a son, Stephen Pflugh and his wife Kara; two daughters, Wendy Luschkowski and her husband Jim; and Lori Guandolo and her husband Vinnie; and six grandchildren, Mackenzie and Callie Luschkowski; Nina and Gia Guandolo; and Carter and Cole Pflugh.
Friends will be received on Tuesday from 4pm to 6pm in Darroch Cremation and Funeral Tributes, Inc., 2640 Mill Street, Aliquippa www.darrochfuneralhome.com where a Blessing Service will be held on Wednesday at 11am.
Interment will follow in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, New Brighton, PA.
The Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 862 will meet at the cemetery on Wednesday to conduct full military honors.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Vietnam Veterans of America, Beaver County Chapter 862.
