Beulah Grace Williams

Boots Williams, 93, of Raccoon Twp., passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 10, 2022, in her home, having been cared for by her loving family.

She was born on December 5, 1928, in Tarentum, PA, a daughter of the late Loutelis and Fanuse (Bula) Bowman. She was a graduate of Aliquippa High School and received a Bachelor’s Degree from Muskingham College. She was a member of the College Avenue United Methodist Church. Beulah was a retired secretary working for Laidlaw and Dravo in Pennsylvania and State Farm Insurance in Bullhead City AZ.

A deep faith in God infused all areas of her daily life. Boots was a talented musician, playing piano & organ for various churches and organizations throughout the years. She also sang tenor with the Beaver Valley Chapter and the Renaissance Rhythm Chapter of Sweet Adelines International. Boots was a lifelong learner, avidly reading and learning about history, current events and the nature and wildlife surrounding her.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Mark Ewing; and two husbands, Calvin Wayne Ewing, and Calvin Williams. She was also preceded in death by her brothers and sisters, James Bowman, Linley Bowman, Betty Searight and Kathleen McWilliams.

Boots is survived by four children, Lexa Taylor and her husband John; Lisa Beckett; Patricia May and her husband Tom; Eric Ewing and his wife Trina; 9 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Pastor Emmet Anderson will officiate a Memorial Service at a later date at the College Avenue United Methodist Church of Beaver PA. The Interment will be a private service at the John Anderson Memorial Cemetery.
