Bessie Elizabeth Peters

Bessie Elizabeth Peters, 87, of Hopewell Twp., passed away on Sunday, May 29, 2022.

She was born on August 2, 1934 in Indianapolis, IN, a daughter of the late Clarence Edward and Gertrude Stella (McCurdy) Lookebill.  Bessie was retired from the airline industry where she had worked for many years as Manager of Computer Billing. 

In addition to her parents, Bessie was preceded in death by her husband, Laverne Peters; two brothers, Albert and Alfred Crandle; and two sisters, Beatrice Scott and Florence Ward.

She is survived by three children, Brian E. Peters and his wife Kelli; Thomas A. Peters; and Nancy E. Hauschild and her husband Randy; three grandchildren, Casey Allyn; Carly Hauschild; and Zachary Peters; and a great grandchild, Madelyn Allyn.

Friends will be received on Friday from 2-4pm and 6-8pm in Darroch Cremation and Funeral Tributes, Inc., 2640 Mill Street, Aliquippa www.darrochfuneralhome.com where a funeral service will be conducted on Saturday at 1:00 PM

Interment will follow in Hopewell-Hebron Cemetery.
