Barbara Montini

Barbara Montini, 88, of Aliquippa passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, September 30, 2025.

She was born on April 2, 1937 in Aliquippa a daughter of the late Charles and Elsie (Troy) Biesenkamp.  Barbara was a member of House of Prayer Evangelical Lutheran Church.  She retired from both Giant Eagle and Get-Go where she worked as a cashier for many years.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Dante Montini; two brothers, William and Howard Biesenkamp; and a sister, Betty McConnell.

She is survived by three daughters, Diana Leech; Karen Montini; and Danette Montini; a grandson, Matthew Leech; and a sister-in-law, Norma Orsag.

Friends will be received on Sunday from 1pm to 5pm in Darroch Cremation and Funeral Tributes, Inc., 2640 Mill Street, Aliquippa www.darrochfuneralhome.com

A Funeral Ceremony will be held on Monday at 11am in House of Prayer Evangelical Lutheran Church, 2100 W. Irwin Street, Aliquippa with Pastor Michael Sourwine officiating.

Entombment will follow in Mt. Olivet Catholic Cemetery.
