It is with out our deepest and most heart felt sorrow that we extend our sympathies to your family during this trying time in your lives.

We have had the pleasure of knowing Boyd and Dee as members of our organization. Though we did not meet or know Randolph personally the dedication and hard work of his children we had/have the pleasure of experiencing seams volumes of those character points I'm sure he instilled in his children.

Message from Dorothy Frye Walker

I write on behalf of SSHVA (Southside Historical Village Association) leadership and members to extend our appreciation of the Wilkins’. Randy volunteered at various historical organizations in PA and OH across the decades. We were blessed that Randy shared his many talents with us- blacksmithing, and doing many things behind the scenes. He was among our earliest members. His last SSHVA meeting with us depicted his life. He and Elaine arrived early, sitting in the front row. He submitted a recommendation with pages of well- researched supporting documentation. He honored the past, yet kept abreast of technology. We all learn from his dedication. Deepest condolences to Elaine, their four-generation family, and to all whom have known Randy.
