Mary M. Frey

Mary M. Frey, 71, of Independence Twp., passed away on Thursday, February 15, 2018.

She was born on July 22, 1946 in Bradford, PA , a daughter of the late James and Joyce (Brownell) Bentley.  She graduated from Beaver high school and attended Geneva college, was a teacher at several parochial schools, unit secretary at Aliquippa and McGee Hospital and later at Masonic Village.  Mary was also a member of Our Lady of Fatima.

In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by a brother, Mike Bentley.

She is survived by her husband, Paul Frey; a son, Jason Frey; two daughters, Barbara Minnick and her husband Nathaniel; and Laura Karwick and her husband Christopher; two brothers, James Bentley and his wife Carla; and Patrick Bentley and his wife Sue; two sisters, Kathleen Persinger and her husband Larry; and Eva Marie Carnahan.  Her grandchildren who were her greatest joy; Colin and Arden Karwick: Kayla, James and Brooke Frey; and Steven, Charlie and Thomas Minnick.

Friends will be received on Friday, February 23, from 12 noon until the time of the Blessing Service at 2PM in Darroch Cremation and Funeral Tributes, Inc., 2640 Mill Street Aliquippa.
