Laura Hanevich Maloney

Laura Hanevich Maloney passed into glory on May 30, 2019.  She was born in Stowe Township, West Park in January, 1927 to Arthur and Halda White.  She was a member of St. Steven’s Episcopal Church, Hopewell Homemakers, Friendship Group of Ohio Presbyterian Church, and a volunteer of Historical Christy House.  She also attended Prince of Peace Anglican Church in Hopewell.  She was a bookkeeper and co-business owner until retirement.  She is survived by her sisters Alma Bates of Aliquippa, and Halda Hancock of Beaver; her three children and their spouses: Daniel Hanevich (Jessie), Jeffrey Hanevich (Melvina), and Karen Peters (Dean); four grandchildren and many nephews and nieces.

Family and friends will be received for visitation on Tuesday, June 4th, from 4 to 7pm at Darroch Cremation and Funeral Tributes, Inc. 2640 Mill Street, Aliquippa www.darrochfuneralhome.com. Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, June 5th, at 11:00am at Prince of Peace Anglican Church, 1314 Gringo Road, Aliquippa with a reception immediately following at the church.  Private graveside committal will be held for the immediate family.
