Kathy A (Emerick) May

Kathy A. May (Emerick), 76, of Aliquippa passed away on February 15, 2017 at her daughter and son-in- law’s home surrounded by her loving family.

She was born on June 03, 1940, a daughter of the late Milton and Nancy Emerick, and a member of St. Titus Catholic Church. Kathy worked as a nurse’s aid for Geriatric Center for 17 years and Homemakers for 12 years. She enjoyed most reading, doing crossword puzzles, and spending time with her family.

In addition to her parents, Kathy was preceded in death by her son, Gary May in 1986.

She is survived by her five children and their spouses; Les and Dar May of Calcutta, OH, John and Paula May of Aliquippa, PA, Raymond and Tammy White of Aliquippa, PA, Nancy and Donald Fetterman of Aliquippa, PA, and Rebecca Rounds of Industry, PA; sixteen grandchildren and twenty great-grandchildren.

Kathy’s family would like to extend a special thank you to Good Samaritan Hospice, especially Peggy, Lynn, and Kim.

Friends will be received on Sunday February 19, 2017 from 1p-3p and 5p-7p in the Darroch Memorial Chapel Inc., 2640 Mill Street Aliquippa PA 15001, www.darrochfuneralhome.com where closing prayers will be offered on Monday February 20th, 2017 at 11:30am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Titus Catholic Church in Aliquippa at 12:00pm.

Internment to follow in Woodlawn Cemetery.
