Janice L Birtcher

Janice L. Birtcher, of Monaca, passed away Saturday, September 30, 2017.

Janice was born on August 29, 1938 in Morgantown, W.V., a daughter of the late James Birtcher and Marjorie (Berry) Birtcher.

Janice was a homemaker who graduated from Morgantown High school, Morgantown, W.V.

Janice loved spending time with family, visiting  casinos, and playing bingo. Her favorite past time was working in her flower garden. Janice was most notably known for her green thumb.

In addition to her parents Janice is preceded in death by sister, Joyce A. Morley. 

Janice is survived by her son, Gordon L. Rosier Jr., Las Vegas; two daughters, Deborah K. Weathersby, W.V. and Loretta Hardesty, Omaha, NE; sister, Margie Kay Rogan, Monaca, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. 

Friends will be received on Tuesday, October 3,2017,  from 6-8 PM, in the Darroch Cremation and Funeral Tributes Inc., www.darochfuneralhome.com, 2640 Mill Street, Aliquippa, PA.  where a funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 9:30 AM.

Interment will follow in Union Cemetery, Monaca.
