Georgetta A. Hill of Aliquippa passed away on September 29, 2019.
Born August 12, 1926 in Aliquippa, she was the daughter of the late George Kovacic
and Amelia (Begg) Ashe. A longtime resident of Aliquippa, she graduated from Ambridge High School
and then from Rochester General Hospital School of Nursing becoming a registered nurse.
She was first employed at the former Rochester General Hospital and then with Dr. G.A. McCloskey
Associates from where she retired. She was a member of St. Titus R.C.C. and the Christian Mothers of
the church and a longtime volunteer for the Sewickley Stroke Connection.
She is survived by two sons and daughter in laws; David W. and Phyllis Hill of Huntsville Alabama and
John F. and Cherie Hill of Cranberry Township. Four grandchildren Chelsea, Aimee, John and Rachel
Hill. One sister Catherine Mihalic of Hopewell Township and a brother Richard Ozenich of Durham New
Hampshire, numerous nieces and nephews and a special friend Heidi Diaddigo.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her beloved husband William W. Hill on
February 23, 1998 and a brother Charles Ozenich.
Friends will be received on Friday October 4th, 2019 from 2pm to 4pm and 6pm to 8pm at Darroch Cremation and Funeral Tributes, Inc., 2640 Mill Street, Aliquippa www.darrochfuneralhome.com where a Mass of Christian Burial will take place at St. Titus Catholic Church on Saturday October 5th, 2019 at 10:30am followed by burial at Sylvania Hills Memorial Park.
