Donna Matiko Obituary

Donna Jean Matiko, 72, of Center Twp., passed away on Thursday, December 27, 2018.

She was born on May 22, 1946 in Aliquippa, a daughter of the late Peter and Mary Gagric. Donna was a member of St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church, and she enjoyed spending time with her social network of friends at the YMCA.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Walter and Pete Gagric.

Donna is survived by her three sons, James Michael Matiko and his wife Monica; Joseph John Matiko; and Steven David Matiko and his wife Christine; and four grandchildren, Acy; Calista; Aidan; and Keenan. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received on Wednesday from 2-4pm and 6-8pm in Darroch Cremation and Funeral Tributes, Inc. 2640 Mill Street, Aliquippa www.darrochfuneralhome.com A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday at 10am in St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church. (Everyone please meet at church).

Interment will follow in Mt. Olivet Catholic Cemetery.

St. Frances Cabrini Parish Vigil will be conducted on Wednesday at 1:45pm in the funeral home.
