Alice V. (Snedden) Casciato

Alice V. (Snedden) Casciato, 91, of Aliquippa, passed away on Sunday, April 21, 2019.

She was born on December 10, 1927 in Honolulu, HI, a daughter of the late Anton and Mary (Lucas) Durarte.  Alice was a member of St. Titus Catholic Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three husbands, William Snedden; Norman Wolf; and Anthony Casciato ;and  a granddaughter, Sherry Petersen.  She was also preceded in death by 10 siblings.

Alice is survived by seven children, Anthony Petersen and his wife Debbie; George Engebretson and his wife Susan; William Snedden, Jr.; Robert Snedden; Richard Snedden and his wife Jane; Debra Ruff and her husband Randy; and Nancy Cunningham and her husband Michael; three step-children, Anthony Casciato and his wife April; Barbara Tomazich and her husband Rudy; and Theresa Casciato; 13 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren and one on the way; and one great great grandson.  She is also survived by a sister-in-law, Cil Casciato.

The family would like to thank the staff at Elmcroft of Chippewa and Grane Hospice for their kind and compassionate care.
