Zenaide Haefner

Zenaide Haefner, 86, of Hopewell Twp., passed away peacefully at home on Friday, February 5, 2021.

She was born on March 15, 1934 in South Heights, PA, a daughter of the late Guisseppi and Pasquita (Tombesi) Aversa.  Zenaide was a member of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church.  She was also retired from the social security administration.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph J. Haefner, Sr.; and her siblings, Mary Sundy; Vera Blinkey; Florence Walls; and Sam Aversa.

She is survived by two sons, Ralph J. Haefner, Jr.; and William A. Haefner; and a granddaughter, Brittany Haefner.  She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received on Tuesday from 11am until the time of Blessing Service at 12 noon in Darroch Cremation and Funeral Tributes, Inc. 2640 Mill Street, Aliquippa www.darrochfuneralhome.com

Private interment will follow in Mt. Olivet Catholic Cemetery.
