Sarah was an amazing inspiration to all she met. She touched my heart so deeply, I will always have an empty spot without her. My heart, love and prayers go out to Eric, Landon, Noah and Paisley. I love you all so very much.

Sarah was an inspiration to all. She had a beautiful smile, a courageous charm and a caring heart that made her not only a great person but more importantly a loving mother/wife. I admired all those wonderful qualities when I first met her in Kentucky. I will always be thankful that I had the opportunity to get to meet Sarah. May care and love of everyone surrounding you and the kids bring you comfort and peace. My sincerest condolences.

We are so sorry for your loss. Sarah made such an impact on our lives and she will never be forgotten. We will always treasure our family fireworks, swim days, and smores; Pop-ins, Sarahs delicious home made Christmas cookies, crafting together, Jesus music blasting, and always the best conversations. Sending you all love and prayers

Love her so much--- she was and will remain "The Best of Everything." All of her friends are mourning, but 'Dear Jesus, Please surround her 'Family' with Angels to Lift them up- specifically Eric, Landon, Noah, Paisley and Erics' Mom--- (she has been a 'Wall') Amen. See you on the other side Love.

Sarah was one of the most beautiful people inside and out that I ever knew while growing up in Michigan. She may be one of the big reasons I am who I am today. While this is so sad, I know her faith brought her to heaven. And shes sitting with the lord right this moment going over all the moments of joy she brought to the people in her life the time she was here.

Although I did not know Sarah personally, I feel that I know her through her friend and my step-daughter Michelle McIlvain. From Michelle's discussions with her mother and me I know she was a remarkable person filled with love for her friends and family. My prayers will be with them all in the coming days and weeks.

I got to know Sarah when she lived in Fredericksburg, VA. She came to me to do her hair and for over a year we shared stories of faith, love, and forgiveness. Her strong spirit was always a bright light in a shady world. Her ability to create was a show stopper. There wasn't a craft she didn't love and couldn't tackle. Her entire focus was God and her family. Two priorities she laid down her life for in a daily basis.
The world was a brighter place, a kinder place because of Sarah. This loss is loss that will be felt by so many! I pray for her children and her husband as they face a future without her.
Sarah was an easy woman to love with a a bright smile and such loving eyes. I know when those eyes closed here, they opened to the face of God on the other side.

I am heart broken to hear about Sarah's passing. She was such an amazing and special woman. She always came to get her treatment with a positive attitude, a smile on her face and a craft for "her" table. Eric, you were a phenomenal support for her. I am so sorry for her loss, for both you and the children. Please find comfort in knowing that she is at peace and will continue to be with you in spirit. Sending my love and prayers. Barb RN

Sarah left a lasting impression on everyone at Battlefield Elementary School. We enjoyed her and Paisley's almost daily visits. It was a sad day when the family moved away, but this just breaks our hearts. God bless Sarah and her beautiful family.
