Roy R. Gray

Roy R. Gray, 64, of Greene Twp., passed away on Saturday, March 24, 2018.

He was born on January 15, 1954 in Sewickley, PA a  son of the late David and Gloria (Walters) Gray.

Roy worked as a mechanic at Rohrich Cadillac where he would consider it a second home and his co-workers where like a second family.  He was a car enthusiast. He also loved to ride his motorcycle and his motto was “Live to ride and ride to live”.  He loved taking trips with his son George and he enjoyed attending tractor pulls with his grandson.  Roy was fondly known as “Melloncamp”.

He is survived by two sons, George Gray; and Kevin Gray; Three grandchildren, Brittany, David, and Daniel Gray; three great grandchildren, Landon, Jakob, and Rowan; a brother, David Gray and his wife Malisa; and four sisters, Marcie Aysel and her husband Chet; Ruth Snouffer and her husband Jeff; Marilyn Gray; and Renee Potts and her husband Roger.  He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received on Tuesday from 2-4pm and 6-8pm in Darroch Cremation and Funeral Tributes, Inc., 2640 Mill Street, Aliquippa www.darrochfuneralhome.com where a funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 11am.

Interment will follow in Union Cemetery, Monaca.
