James R. Milligan

Brigadier General James R. Milligan, (U.S.A.F. Retired), 84, of Hopewell Twp., passed away on Sunday, November 15, 2015.

He is survived by his wife, Bunny Milligan; three sons, Jim Milligan and his wife Eileen; John Milligan and his wife Bridget; and Sam Milligan and his wife Jenifer; and seven grandchildren, Calvin, Sammy; Camille; Bobby; Madalin; Matthew; and Sammy.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 21, 2015 at 2pm in the Mt. Pleasant U.P. Church, 846 Pennsylvania State Route 18, Aliquippa, PA 15001.
