Frederic Paul

Frederic Paul, 74, of Hopewell Twp., passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 28, 2015 after a lengthy illness.

He was born on July 6, 1940 in Ambridge, PA, a son of the late Peter and Agnes (Byrne) Paul, Jr. and he was a member of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church.  Frederic retired from LTV Steelworks in Aliquippa where he worked as a roll grinder in the tin mill.  He was an avid bowler and a very talented woodworker.

He is survived by his loving wife, Ellen (Gardner) Paul, Hopewell Twp.; a daughter, Christina (Paul) Palmer and her husband Richard, Hopewell Twp.; a son, Frederic P. Paul and his wife Erica, Beaver; three grandchildren, Daniel James Palmer; Frederic Austin Paul; and Riley Brianne Paul; two brothers, Peter Paul, III and his wife Janice, Center Twp; and John R. Paul, Ambridge; and a sister, Bridget K. Wolak and her husband Robert, Audubon, PA.  He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received on Tuesday from 2-4pm and 6-8pm in the Darroch Memorial Chapel, 2640 Mill Street, Aliquippa www.darrochfuneralhome.com where a funeral service will be conducted on Wednesday at 10am.
