Francis "Frank" M. Dutkovich, Jr.

Francis (“Frank”) M. Dutkovich, Jr., 74 of Hopewell Twp., unexpectedly passed away on Thursday, December 24, 2015 at his home.

Born on July 1, 1941 in Rochester, PA, he was the son of the late Katherine (Agich) and Francis M. Dutkovich, Sr. and the husband of the late Dolores (“Dolly”) Dutkovich.  He was a member of Our Lady Of Fatima Catholic Church where he served as an Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion and on the finance committee as well as taught CCD with his wife in their home.  He was a graduate of Point Park College and the University Of Pittsburgh.  He spent his career in financial aid working at Point Park College, the University Of Pittsburgh and Duquesne University, where he retired from in 2004.  Frank was also active in the Hopewell High School Band Boosters and he served in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard. 

He is survived by two sons, Frank M. Dutkovich, III and his wife, Gina, of McCandless; and Michael Dutkovich of Robinson Township; and two granddaughters who were the greatest joy of his life, Kylie (“Sugar Plum”) and Meghan (“Sweet Pea”) Dutkovich.  He is also survived by a brother and sister-in-law, Linda and Dennis Dutkovich, as well as their daughter and his niece, Melissa, along with many other beloved family members.

Family and friends will be received on Sunday, December 27, from 5:00pm to 8:00pm and on Monday, December 28, from 2:00pm to 4:00pm and 6:00pm to 8:00pm in the Darroch Memorial Chapel, 2640 Mill Street, Aliquippa, PA (www.darrochfuneralhome.com).  Prayers will be offered on Tuesday, December 29, at 9:30am followed by a Mass Of Christian Burial at 10:00am at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church in Aliquippa.

Entombment will follow in Mt. Olivet Catholic Cemetery.
