Emily Marie Weigel

Emily Marie Weigel, 81, of Raccoon Twp., passed away on Wednesday, February 25, 2015.

She was born on April 17, 1933 in Cleveland, OH, a daughter of the late Perfecto and Elisa (Gonzales) Losada, and she was a  1951 graduate of Hopewell High School.  Emily was a kindergarten aid at Raccoon Elementary School for many years, and she was an event volunteer at the Raccoon Township Volunteer Fire Department.  She was also a former member of Mt. Pleasant U.P. Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Frank Losada; and Joseph Dobal.

Emily is survived by her loving husband of 62 years, Frederick Weigel, Raccoon Twp; a loving son, Bryon Weigel and his wife Tracy, Center Twp; a loving daughter, Stacy Weigel, Raccoon Twp; two grandchildren, Brett Weigel and Sara Weigel; two brothers, Vincent Losada, San Antonio, TX; and Louis Gill and his wife Thelma, Hopewell Twp.  She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received on Friday from 2-4pm and 6-8pm in the Darroch Memorial Chapel, 2640 Mill Street, Aliquippa www.darrochfuneralhome.com where a funeral service will be conducted on Saturday at 10am.

Interment will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery.
